Location: Savigliano, Italy.

Role Purpose: Master the quality of deliveries by ensuring accuracy, consistency and traceability of the delivered products and services through the application of Configuration and Change Management (CCM) activities. Accountable for ensuring all Project/Program stakeholders apply the CCM process and keep the project program configuration under control throughout its lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead CCM activities in the project.
  • Apply CCM standard procedures, instructions, templates and ensure team compliance.
  • Ensure the activities and roles defined in the Configuration Management Plan (CMP) are followed.
  • Apply and manage access rights to configuration and change management tools.
  • Organise and lead Change Boards.
  • Ensure completeness, correctness, clarity and timeline of Change Requests.
  • Monitor change requests and align all project/program stakeholders.

Experience and Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of Configuration & Change Management.
  • Knowledge of Business Process Management, Project Management, Risk Management, Requirements Management, Supply Chain Engineering, Industrialisation, Data Management and Document Control related to CCM.
  • Work experience in an international environment.

Competencies & Skills:

  • Mandatory knowledge of railway products, railway solutions, signalling, telecom systems and components.
  • Knowledge of CCM tools.
  • Ability to communicate with all project/program stakeholders.
  • Good English language skills.
  • Systematic, rigorous, proactive and organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Contribution to continuous improvement of processes and standards.
  • Team contributor, results‑driven with strong multitasking and influencing skills.

Educational Requirements: Graduate university degree in Engineering.

Compensation: Salary range €32,000 – €40,000, CCNL Metalmeccanici Industria.
