About the role
The Mechanical Maintenance Operator is responsible for repairs and troubleshooting on machine tools, manufacturing machinery and equipment. The position reports to the Technical Services Manager and is based at the Monfalcone site.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled maintenance checks on systems, complete inspection records and support external maintenance contractors.
- Provide assistance to guarantee continuity of operations.
- Carry out minor mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic repairs or maintenance.
- Maintain and manage inspection records and communicate with coordinators when support is required.
- Comply with company procedures, safety, quality, risk and security standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Vocational School Certificate with a focus on mechanical studies.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance in industrial environments.
- Proficiency in reading mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic drawings.
- Knowledge of Italian and English (minimum B1 level).
Work schedule
- Three‑shift system (Monday‑Friday): Shift 1 06:00‑14:00, Shift 2 14:00‑22:00, Night Shift 22:00‑06:00.
- Saturday work on a rotating basis.
Compensation
Gross base annual salary estimated between €29,100 and €37,000, depending on experience, qualifications and skills.
