We are looking for a Customer management operation Specialist within the Global Customer Operation

Unit of Enel X.

What you will do:

  • Evaluating new requests for Business model enhancement/optimization providing valuable solution at Global level
  • Supporting the Global Business model adoption within the new countries providing local support in solving relevant gap due to local peculiarities
  • Supporting Backend processes (Caring, Billing, Credit, Collection, Field Services, Logistic) promoting synergies among all Business Product lines (Consumer, Corporate, Government) leveraging also Functional and Technical skills

Main Responsibilities:

  • Cooperating with Global Business lines on local need comprehension, deep diving on Local context and new requirements analysis
  • Evaluating the Business impact analysis of the requests (the analysis is performed by local teams), supporting the Global Business Priority decision
  • Addressing Business operation issues, detecting the root cause and cooperating with other relevant Units in defining possible solution
  • Defining the action plan needed to solve the issues detected
  • Supporting the Progress status monitoring for the task in scope
  • Disseminating the Global Business Model enhancements cross country and segment 

Who you are:

  • Minimum of 4 years’ relevant professional experience in business operation and project management
  • Master Degree in Engineering/Economics or equivalent experience
  • Experienced in Business operation at least in one of the following areas: Billing, Credit, Collection, Field Services, Caring,
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint),
  • Experienced in Salesforce, Zuora, Fujitsu Glovia functioning
