The Opportunity The CFO will serve as a key strategic partner to the leadership team with direct responsibility for the Group’s financial strategy, corporate governance and economic performance across all subsidiary companies.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead the global finance function and define/execute the Group’s financial strategy.
- Consolidate and optimise the financial organisation to support international growth.
- Coordinate and oversee all financial activities across accounting teams and subsidiaries.
- Design and implement advanced budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes with accurate, timely reporting.
- Drive profitability management, cash‑flow optimisation, working‑capital efficiency and strategic capital allocation.
- Ensure full compliance with accounting, tax, regulatory and corporate requirements in all jurisdictions.
- Establish robust financial governance frameworks, internal controls and best practices.
- Act as trusted advisor to shareholders and senior management, providing financial insights for strategic decisions.
- Lead finance transformation initiatives, including process optimisation, digitalisation, automation and organisational development.
- Support potential M&A activities, corporate restructuring and strategic growth projects.
Candidate Profile
- 5‑7 years of experience as CFO, Finance Director or senior finance leader in international organisations.
- Proven ability to build finance functions from the ground up or transform existing structures.
- Strong strategic vision combined with operational excellence and entrepreneurial mindset.
Key Qualifications and Competencies
- Experience managing complex multi‑entity, multi‑jurisdiction organisations.
- Background in luxury fashion, advertising, creative media, entertainment or communications (highly desirable).
- Design and implementation of scalable financial processes, systems and organisational structures.
- Deep understanding of international taxation, corporate governance, regulatory compliance and risk management.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication and presentation abilities.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a significant advantage.
