Overview
For our Logistics Strategic Planning Integration Department we are looking for a Transport Service Provider Operations Specialist to join the Transport Operations Team based in Castel San Giovanni (PC).
Impact
The specialist will support Worldwide Transport Management in sourcing activities for transportation services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with carriers and transport service providers, including contract maintenance and appendices, through business reviews and operational interactions.
- Support and develop administrative processes such as cost accounting, process management, invoice control and contract management across TMS and other company systems.
- Monitor KPIs to ensure compliance with service and financial agreements defined with transport service providers and with functional objectives.
- Analyze data, produce and distribute periodic or ad‑hoc reports on economic efficiency and effectiveness of transport service provider services.
- Support functional compliance within the transport area on loss prevention, sustainability and business continuity topics.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in structured multinational organizations, preferably within luxury fashion contexts.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics or economics.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
